This plan is valid only for Serbia and will not work in Kosovo. Kosovo has its own separate mobile networks (like IPKO and Vala). Due to political complexities, Serbian SIM cards are unreliable in Kosovo, and vice-versa. If your trip includes both, you must purchase a Regional eSIM that explicitly lists both Serbia and Kosovo as covered.
