While still on a stable Wi-Fi connection (ideally before you travel), each person simply scans their unique QR code through their phone's settings (usually under 'Mobile Data' or 'Cellular Plan' > 'Add eSIM'). The eSIM profile installs, and then, upon landing at your destination and connecting to a local network, the plan activates, bringing everyone online together.
